All EA has to do is update these games with the Dead Space Remake engine and release it as a trilogy costing $40 after that release an actual 4th game with gears style fighting and length.

Reception for this game would be wildly different if it wasn't for "Ninja Gaiden" in the title. It's a fun game on it's own. Also it's a perfect fit for Steam Deck!

I tried to play the game but could not get into it. good to know why, so I can watch out for it next time.

Loved the game back when it came out. Wanted to buy it for my PS3 and found out I couldn’t as it was a Microsoft exclusive. Sam Fisher was such a badass in this game. On the bright side, I bought max Payne 3. Although there’s no stealth and just a run and gun, he’s equally a bad ass too and I never played that game so looking forward to it.

The game was phenomenal as a kid back in the day. Did a lot of really cool things and as you pointed out, had tons of variety. The FMVs themselves were filled with soul. But by no means perfect. Enemies were super tanky and all the good guns were rare. Platforming wasn't easy. And remember the pain of using the N64 controller. Your review really makes me want to play it again.

For once someone who cuts this game some slack, it's not a perfect game but it's pretty solid all the way around. Haven't played many games that feel this polished while also combining with the 90s action move cheese. It's a rare experience these days. I feel like people have this perfect idea of what a survival horror game should be and if a horror game doesn't check all those boxes well then it's just trash. Even Callisto Protocol is worth a playthrough, despite it's own laundry list of problems.

This was my first ever collector's ed. and I just adore this game 💙 og RE3 was my fave out of the trilogy and I had super high expectations for RE3R so to have some cut content has definitely gutted me BUT I am not one of those "fans" who keeps on crapping on it~ RE3R is still a solid game with great characters, VAs, OST, and lore. I am however, still waiting on that potential director's cut hehe thank you so much for this amazing video! 🌟🙌🏻👏🏻

Gotta love the RE6 love! RE6 is still the king of OTS combat for RE and I am still baffled that some RE fans heavily hates that game when there are a LOT of positive aspects to that game 🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️ RE4R is more compact but doesn't have the more fluid style of RE6's movement and combat 😬🙏🏻

As a major fan if ninja gaiden from xbox thru ds through all the sigma rereleases, i dont have an issue with the gameplay in general, its a hack and slash with decent visuals and a cool twist of powers. My issue stems from the fact that it was doing the borderlands/no more heros/ all games around this time thing where they cellshade (no real issues there) and the crude edgy humour for that time. Again dont have an issue with the idea. Im okay with another character being the spotlight but to change the entire vibe and tone of a game thats been well loved and praised for years is what made fans like me get the ick from this game. It was a risk that couldve been a cheaper production and release on the xbla arcade to supplement a release of a mainline game and i think people wouldve been more open to it as a whole.

RE3 Remake is exactly what it should be a face paced action adventure survival horror game that keeps you pushing forward to the very end. In terms of comparison to the original we have a problem in the fundamental design. RE3 RE is a first/3rd person shooter, where as the original is a third person fixed angle shooter. At the end of the day they are completely different games wearing the same skin. I can understand people's disappointment in the camera system change as it fundamentally changes the game, however when assessing the game for what it is it's near flawless. To date it's my most replayed RE game next to the remake or RE1 which I've been playing since it was released day 1 on Nintendo Gamecube. Edit: fair warning...I really like RE5

The only resident evil games I beat consists of re3 nemesis, code veronica, re4 (original))and this remake

I remember plaything this on my homies psp when I was a kid right around the time BF3 was officially cancelled. I remember thinking that Elite squadron was basically BF3 if I remember right it had basically everything you could want in a sequel to 2 custom characters and classes I believe. And if I remember right that game has ground to space combat. I could be wrong but I’m pretty sure. Also I vaguely remember the hanger bays being on the bottom of the Star destroyers which is just peak.
